Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring Support Practitioners in Kilmarnock to help people live independently at home. Full-time role (30 hours/week) involves assisting with medication, daily tasks, and social activities, with training provided, including a funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Due to role requirements, only female applicants with a UK driving licence and access to their own car will be considered.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; training provided.
• Driving licence with access to own car required; UK driving licence in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with medication administration and personal care.
• Help with general housework, meal preparation, and daily tasks.
• Provide social support and accompany individuals to hobbies/events.
• Support independence and participation in activities at home and in the community.
