We are recruiting! Join us as an Autism Support Practitioner and help create a future where learning-disabled people live their best lives.

A professional qualification in health, education, or social care is desirable. Previous experience supporting individuals within a social care, education, or health environment is essential, especially supporting individuals with Autism, who may display challenging behavior.

What we offer:

1. Location: Coleford (Forest of Dean)
2. Salary: £14 per hour, with potential increases from October 2024
3. Working hours: Early, late, and weekend shifts (07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00). Sleep-ins are paid at £60+ per night.
4. Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
5. Pay incentives: Overtime, bank holiday, and holiday allowances
6. Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities include supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, planning activities, building confidence, and supporting their social and community engagement. Supporting a variety of shifts is required to maintain work-life balance.

Note: A full UK driving license is desirable due to limited public transport access.
