Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Glasgow is recruiting for dedicated support workers to join a brand-new team. You will help two brothers with autism in their shared home, assisting with daily living and personal care while building trust and positive relationships.

Roles include early mornings, days, evenings, with waking nights and weekends on a rotational basis. No formal care experience needed; values and transferable skills are valued and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good, clear communication skills (verbal & written).
• Caring attitude and respect for people's homes and boundaries.
• Willingness to get involved in activities they enjoy with the individuals supported.
• Strong learning mindset and adaptability to routines and guidelines.
• Comfort with using computers as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support two brothers with autism in their shared home, assisting with daily living.
• Maintain their home and support independence.
• Provide help with personal care as needed.
• Develop their social, health and wellbeing.
