Looking for a new job for 2025 filled with satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else? You're in luck as we're on the lookout for a new female colleague to join our amazing #TeamLoudoun in Irvine on a permanent part-time (30 hours per week) basis.
Our team supports two amazing ladies. You'll assist both with all aspects of daily living, including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments, administering medication, and personal care. Since both ladies are wheelchair users, there will be aspects of moving and assisting, including the use of tracking hoists.
The great thing about this job is that no two days are ever the same. Both ladies enjoy a variety of activities, including listening to music, attending discos, going to the theatre and cinema, shopping, and holidays. They both have mobility cars and love going out for drives, so for this position, you will need a full UK manual driving licence with at least one year's experience on the roads.
You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career at Cornerstone. We're more interested in what you as an individual will bring to our team. We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SCQ (SCQF level 6/7) and yearly SSSC registration fees!
All we need you to bring is:
To provide around-the-clock support tailored to the needs of the ladies, shifts currently fall into patterns of 08:30 - 21:00 or 12:00 - 21:00, 7 days a week, including sleepovers and weekends on a rotational basis. Sleepovers are paid at £96 per shift.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy.
