Arkha in Musselburgh is seeking enthusiastic Support Practitioners to help vulnerable individuals live their best lives. This role offers a salary of up to £27,960.08 per year pro rata and features guaranteed pay progression after completing the probation period.
You will work as part of a supportive team, engaging with individuals in various activities and maintaining accurate records. Flexible hours are available, including morning and evening shifts, and applications are restricted to female candidates only.

At Ark, all Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£27,350.04 pro rata).
After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£27,960.08 pro rata).

East Lothian service supports people in Haddington, Tranent & Musselburgh.
Musselburgh supports 6 people in one block of flats. There is a sleepover shifts, early shifts starting from 8am and late shifts that can finish up to 9pm. There are great bus links with Edinburgh to our Musselburgh Service.
During your induction and training period you will work alongside our experienced team members, once your training is complete this role will involve lone working.
We have a lovely team of Support Practitioners in East Lothian who are really supportive. Our supported people love getting outside whether that be sitting on a bench for a chat or getting involved with gardening - Chrissy, Care & Support Manager East & Mid Lothian
