  • Operate within the service specification, delivery model, and contractual obligations of New Start.
  • Work within allocated timeframes for facilitating move-ins, based on applicants' priority status.
  • Ensure all new clients receive a full induction of the property and support services, parallel to their tenancy.
  • Devise and implement a Service Plan with the client to outline immediate support actions, forming the basis for resettlement planning.
  • Assist clients in registering with Property Pool Plus and developing realistic resettlement plans, aiming for a 6-month outcome where appropriate.
  • Support clients in resolving debt issues.
  • Encourage clients to access voluntary work, training, and work-based learning opportunities to help secure future employment.
  • Assist clients with family mediation.
  • Create, manage, and maintain Service User files, ensuring documentation is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
  • Initiate and carry out regular case reviews to ensure clients are progressing towards their potential.
  • Provide highly vulnerable refugees or those with complex needs with specialist advice on housing options and welfare rights.
