Support Practitioner - Complex Needs (Residential)

Moray, Scotland

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Support Practitioner to join a warm, friendly, and person-centred care home in Moray, supporting adults with complex needs.

You'll play a vital role in helping residents live fulfilling lives, providing tailored support with daily routines, health and wellbeing, and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a residential setting
  • Supporting individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
  • Assisting with daily living, emotional support, and meaningful activities
Shift Patterns & Rates:
  • Day Shift - £17.00/hour
  • Evening Shift - £17.50/hour
  • Night Shift - £18.00/hour
  • Weekend Day - £19.00/hour
  • Sleepover - £95.00/night
  • Weekend Sleepover - £125.00/night
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in care or support work (preferably with complex needs)
  • A calm, resilient, and caring nature
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleepovers
  • PVG membership (or willingness to apply)
  • SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
