Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a positive, compassionate Support Practitioner to join a friendly team in Dalry. This permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) offers varied days, meaningful work, and opportunities to support people to live happy, fulfilling lives.

You will provide person-centred assistance with meals, tasks, appointments, and personal care, while helping clients stay engaged in activities and connected with their community.
