Cornerstone is hiring a part-time Support Practitioner in Motherwell/Wishaw to help people with disabilities enjoy daily activities and develop independence. You will assist with outings, shopping, meals, appointments and personal care, while following routines and safeguarding guidelines. A full UK manual driving licence is preferred.

PVG/SSSC requirements apply. Full training is provided, with funded SVQ qualification support and a collaborative team environment.
