Join a friendly, dedicated team supporting three gentlemen and one lady with complex learning and physical disabilities in their shared home. No two days are the same, making this a dynamic and fulfilling role.

You will also engage with their hobbies and interests, including music, films, activities, walks, outings, cinema visits, swimming, discos, and arts & crafts.
No prior experience is necessary; we focus on values and transferable skills. Due to communication barriers with those we support, excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
We will provide training, practical skills development, and fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and annual SSSC registration fees.
Our support is available 24/7, requiring flexibility for early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. Please note that these roles do not accommodate university or college schedules.
Sleepover shifts are not part of contracted hours but are compensated with an additional payment of £100.80 per shift.
