Job Description:

On the lookout for a brand new part-time job where YOU can make a difference every day? We're looking for people like you to join our community support team in North Ayrshire on a permanent, part-time basis (16-30 hours per week).

This is a busy and varied role, so if you're looking for a job where no two days are the same, this could be just the opportunity for you!

The Role

As a Support Practitioner, you'll support individuals with various needs in Irvine, Kilwinning, Ardrossan, and Saltcoats. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as meal planning, cooking, appointments, household tasks, finances, medication, and personal care. You'll also support individuals in engaging with hobbies and interests, exploring new places, going for walks, listening to music, participating in community activities, and arts and crafts.

About You

No experience is necessary to start your career with us; we recruit based on values and will provide all necessary training. We will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees!

All we ask is that you bring:

  • A caring attitude and approach
  • A positive attitude towards learning
  • Confidence in using computers

It would be advantageous to have a full driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel across North Ayrshire may be involved, but this is not a deal breaker for the right candidates.
