The Role

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a small, fun, friendly team who supports an amazing young lady who has a mild learning disability and PTSD. Your main aim will be to provide support with all aspects of daily living, you'll also support her to socialise, maintain relationships and continue to live independently.

Some of her hobbies and interests include animals, she has her own cat and particularly loves horses, going for walks, knitting, gardening, music, shopping and watching TV & films.

Shift Patterns

Our 14 hours per week contract will typically involve working one shift per week. Each shift will include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays will form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours; for every sleepover you work, you will receive an additional payment of £100.80!

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too! However, for these particular vacancies, we are ideally looking for drivers, but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidates.

  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
