An established industry player is seeking a proactive HAMS Support Officer to enhance their highway infrastructure management. We are a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to maintaining and improving our highway infrastructure.Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services to ensure the safety and efficiency of our road networks.We are responsible for managing and maintaining one of the largest highways networks in the country with over 5700 miles of carriageway and over 2800 miles of footway.
Due to internal progression, we are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Highway Asset Management System (HAMS) Support Officer to join our team.You will have knowledge and experience of managing and supporting systems such as HAMS, CRM, GIS and document management, preferably within the highways sector.You will be able to work effectively, collaborating with colleagues, managing relationships with all stakeholders, including alliance partners.
As a HAMS Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the management and development of our Highway Asset Management System (HAMS).You will work closely with teams to ensure the HAMS is effectively utilised and maintained, providing technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will develop working processes with user groups and implement training where necessary. You will develop non-standard reports and dashboards to meet the requirements of our users.
