As a Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. From helping individuals understand their housing and legal rights to offering emotional support and guidance, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day.

We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector. But we’re also looking for people who may not have this experience but have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our customers: professionalism, empathy and understanding, life experience and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills to best support our customers.
