We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide an effective and efficient secretarial service to members of the Obstetric and Gynaecological Clinical Teams. The post holder will have a range of secretarial experience, ideally in a hospital environment, though other administration experience will be considered. The post is 20 hours per week which can be worked over 3, 4, or 5 days. The option to work at home for 1 day per week will be considered once all training and competencies have been met.
Working in a busy and sometimes demanding role, within a supportive team, you must be a good team player and enjoy working within multidisciplinary teams. The applicant should have good organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Applicants must have excellent communication skills. The successful candidates will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
