Job Title: Support Manager - Shropshire Council (Enable Team)

Location: Shropshire
Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week) | Temporary: 28th July – 24th October 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Employment Type: Contract
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

  • Advising clients on career pathways and employment options
  • Supporting with job searching, applications, and post-employment retention
  • Liaising with employers, partner organisations, and referral agencies
  • Facilitating learning activities and employability workshops tailored to client needs
