Primary Care Sheffield has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with leadership experience to join our organisation as a Support Manager at Darnall Primary Care Centre. This practice has been rated outstanding by CQC.

Responsibilities:

• Provide management support to the Operational Managers and direct reports to ensure staff are supported to perform their roles effectively, contributing to individual and team performance.
• Offer line management support and mentorship to staff working within Darnall Primary Care Centre.
• Work alongside managerial and clinical leads as a key member of the management team to ensure delivery of high standards of service.
• Maintain high standards in the administrative functions of the service provided to staff, service users, and stakeholders.
• Support service governance by producing performance management information and monitoring key performance areas.
• Coordinate clinical rotas and payroll submissions, manage holidays and absences, and ensure adequate cover.
• Perform organisational tasks, foster effective team working, and utilize strong communication skills.
