A community support organization in Colchester is seeking a Support Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional care for individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves management, compliance assurance, and fostering an inclusive culture. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification and proven leadership experience. As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of several teams within a specific area. Leading teams to maintain an inclusive, transparent culture that we are very proud of at Thera East, alongside robust regulatory, contractual, and organisational compliance. The ability to lead teams to support growth and development is key, as is the ability to build trusted relationships with people supported, friends and family, local authorities, TheraTrust central teams, and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
