A leading care service provider in Dorset is seeking a Support Manager to foster inclusive support for individuals with learning disabilities. You will lead teams, ensuring compliance and growth while working across multiple locations. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care, have experience managing service delivery in a regulated care environment, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary and is full-time and permanent.
Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Manager to join our team based in Dorset. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to GBP36,339.37 per annum.
Annual Leave entitlement: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
Additional Information: Full driving license and access to your own vehicle are necessary. Traveling to locations such as Sherbourne, Stalbridge, Weymouth, and Tarrant Hinton in Dorset will be required.
