An established software solutions company is seeking a Support Manager to lead their Customer Support team in Birmingham. This role involves ensuring high service levels, managing customer interactions, and driving improvements in support processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service management, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills, as they will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and team performance.

Position:
Reporting to the Operations Manager with responsibility for the day to day management of the Support teams you will provide a consistently high level of support to the business and all clients in line with the defined service level agreements.
You will be highly motivated and a self-starter with a passion for Customer Support who enjoys the thrill of working in a challenging environment.
