Hourly Rate: £12.60 - £14.50 per hour

Role Overview: We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Preston and the surrounding areas. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to individuals with a range of needs, helping them achieve their personal goals, and improve their overall well-being through tailored assistance and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Provide emotional support and companionship, developing meaningful relationships that contribute to clients' happiness and well-being.

Encourage and support clients in participating in social and community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

Aid clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals, helping them gain independence and self-confidence.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met effectively.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for each individual.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related role in the UK.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine empathy for others and a passion for helping people.

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
