Job description

Job Description:

Role to coordinate, support, and strategically develop and grow Northern Ireland Hospice Support Groups as part of our community fundraising efforts. This role is vital in ensuring sustainable income, enhancing support group engagement, and delivering the support group development programme. The post holder will also develop strong relationships with communities, individuals, and groups, acting as an ambassador to raise awareness and maximise support for Northern Ireland Hospice.

Salary: £28,546 to £34,347 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Region: Northern Ireland

Base Location: Somerton Road, Belfast (with travel as required)

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working available due to this postholder covering all of Northern Ireland.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Our approach to starting salaries is to appoint at the lower end of the advertised range, with pay progression steps available annually based on contribution and alignment to our values and behaviours.
