A financial services leader in Stirling is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to oversee operational risks and ensure compliance. Applicants should have significant knowledge of finance processes and experience in risk teams within financial services. The role offers opportunities for flexible working and requires strong communication and leadership skills.

The M&G plc Risk & Resilience function is responsible for effectively advising and challenging key stakeholders, challenging risks effectively and proactively, and adding value through providing enhanced business insights to ensure that risk is managed in line with the expectations of clients, shareholders and regulators, and to support the delivery of customers’ long term needs.
Non-Financial Risk maintains the overall Operational Risk Framework, leads, coordinates and manages a range of risk management processes including overall risk reporting.
The Support Functions Senior Risk Analyst reports into the ‘Head of Operational Risk (Support Functions)’. The role will support operational risk oversight and guidance, particularly across our Finance function, but with scope for involvement across other support functions including Technology, Corporate Affairs and Legal.
