Support Engineer (Electrician)

Are you a Technical Support Engineer with an electrical/electronic background interested in working for a global business revolutionising the smart home industry?

Would you like to work for a company that prioritises staff wellbeing and maintains a healthy work-life balance?

Join a global leader in smart home and connected devices, rapidly becoming a key player in home automation. This company has expanded significantly over the last decade and is now growing its UK teams.

In this role, you will undergo extensive training at their Austrian HQ, with all expenses paid, and work closely with an established support team to generate new leads. You will primarily communicate with Electricians installing smart home systems to provide remote support.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or electrical engineering.

THE ROLE:

• Collaborate with the support team
• Assist installation teams with electrical/electronic issues
• Resolve basic electrical issues remotely
• Raise and manage support tickets

THE PERSON:

• Experience in Technical Support
• Understanding of electronics at GCSE level
• Living within a commutable distance to Theale
