Support Engineer – Azure and Entra ID

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer within Microsoft Cloud, Entra ID and AAD.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, solving complex problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences this is a great opportunity for you.

We’re hiring Support Engineers (SE) to join a world-class team supporting enterprise customers across cloud and identity solutions. You’ll be the frontline technical expert—resolving issues, shaping the customer journey, and contributing to product improvements at scale.

Requirements:

  • Own and resolve complex technical issues across Azure and Entra ID platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, or web.
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and create self-help resources.
  • Drive product and process improvements through customer feedback and engagement.

Technical Experience:

  • Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Networking, Compute)
  • Hybrid Identity (Managed vs Federated)
  • Windows AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
  • Microsoft 365 Identity & Access
  • PAYE Contract
  • 18-Months Contract
  • Remote – UK
