The Support Engineer is often the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving problems. They need to understand issues across domains such as infrastructure, code, networking, and databases, with enough knowledge to fault find and identify root causes.

Supporting critical national applications and networks within the NS&G UK Law Enforcement account, working closely with operational end users and partner agencies. The team is on-site at a modern office near Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with diverse and evolving work involving new technologies.
