We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Data & Decision Sciences team in London or Peterborough on a hybrid basis.
You will be joining Bauer Media Audio's Data & Decision Sciences (DDS) team, a collaborative group that helps turn data into trusted insights and solutions across nine European markets. We partner with teams across the business to improve audience engagement, support decision-making, and drive growth through data. You'll work alongside data engineers, analytics specialists, and platform experts who are passionate about creating dependable and scalable solutions.
As a Support Engineer, you will play an important role in keeping the platforms behind Bauer's data and analytics services running smoothly. You will help improve observability, support cloud infrastructure, and ensure colleagues have secure access to the systems they need.
This is an exciting opportunity to build hands‑on experience with modern cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and platform operations while contributing to services used across multiple European markets.

Working Pattern/Location: Hybrid working from our London or Peterborough office, with approximately one day in the office per fortnight, moving towards 1‑2 days per week over time.
