Bauer Media Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in London to shape how data is used to solve business challenges and unlock growth opportunities. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives and mentor junior team members, partnering with stakeholders across the business to design, build, deploy and maintain data-driven solutions.

You’ll be joining the Data & Decision Sciences (DDS) team at the heart of Bauer Media Audio. We partner with teams across Digital Media, Revenue Management, Marketing and Consumer Promotions to turn data into actionable insights that drive audience growth, commercial performance and better decision-making.
Working across nine European markets, we’re building a modern data capability that combines analytics, experimentation and machine learning to create real business impact.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll help shape how Bauer uses data to solve business challenges, improve audience experiences and unlock new opportunities for growth.
This role offers the chance to work on high‑impact initiatives, from predictive modelling and experimentation through to deploying solutions that deliver measurable value across the business.
You’ll lead and contribute to end-to-end data science projects, partnering with stakeholders across the business to design, build, deploy, and maintain data‑driven solutions.
