We are currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer to collaborate with our clients, delivering innovative solutions and leveraging breakthrough technologies to redefine expectations.
- Resolve root cause analysis and troubleshoot solutions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automating manual actions, and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
- Maintain eligibility for unvetted UK Security Clearance.
- Demonstrate high-level technical skills across the technology stack, including Java 8+ MVC, JDBC, RESTful APIs, build tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle), SQL, Unix, CLI tools, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, HTML, CSS, and databases like MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra, SQL Server, and Postgres.
