Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking permanent Support Drivers to join our South East Water contract, supporting site teams with safe operation of vehicles and plant machinery. Based in Hazards Green, you will work on highway projects and private sites, helping to set up sites and assist with deliveries and signage.

You will need a full UK driving licence with trailer towing ability and NRSWA Units 1 and 2. The job is physically demanding, outdoors in all weather, and requires the ability to work alone

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and ability to tow a trailer are required.
• NRSWA Units 1 and 2 are essential for this role.
• The role is physically demanding and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good sense of direction and ability to work alone when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of vehicle and plant machinery.
• Assist teams on highway works and private property, setting up sites and delivering signs & barriers, running out fittings and letter drops.
• Maintain a safe working environment before, during and after work to minimise risk.
• Minimise disruption to residents.
