Job summary

Browne is seeking a dependable Support Driver to maintain reservoir operations across London and the Thames Valley. Based at Bexley Depot, you will transport plant, materials and equipment to sites, support project teams, and uphold high safety standards.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence with towing entitlement, a proactive approach and the ability to travel to sites across London and surrounding regions. DBS check may be required as part induction.

Are you a reliable and safety-conscious driver who enjoys a varied, hands-on role? We're looking for a Support Driver to play a vital part in keeping our reservoir operations running smoothly across London and the Thames Valley region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where your contribution will directly support the successful delivery of essential infrastructure projects. Working out of our Bexley Depot, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering plant, materials, and equipment from the depot and supplier locations to operational sites across London, and occasionally the Thames Valley region. Supporting Project Managers and Site Supervisors, you will help ensure our reservoir teams have the resources they need to deliver projects safely and efficiently. The role involves driving a company flatbed pickup truck with tail lift, carrying out vehicle safety checks, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time. You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, reporting any incidents or concerns, and providing operational support to site teams as required.
