Overview

Support Coordinator – Bath. Permanent, part time (30 hours per week). Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum).

Typical day as a Support Coordinator
  • Managing a small caseload of customers, developing support plans and enhanced risk assessments.
  • You’ll be working with vulnerable customers who live in supported housing, who may have issues with their mental health, alcohol use, substance use or previous offending.
  • Helping customers with tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention, developing life skills and promoting independence.
  • Signposting to other relevant services

You bring
  • Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to the plans.
  • Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
  • Ability to work using your initiative, remaining calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

Job details
  • Monday – Friday, including flexibility to support customers studying or in work
  • Use of technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy sign ups
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
