A charitable organization in the UK is seeking a Support Coordinator to empower vulnerable customers by helping them maintain tenancies and develop life skills. You will manage customer caseloads and create person-centered support plans. Applicants should possess a strong sense of teamwork and a passion for making a difference. This role offers part-time hours with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Support Coordinator – Bath. Permanent, part time (30 hours per week). Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum).
