ABOUT THE ROLE:
Support Coach: Working alongside a second support coach, you will manage and support our students through 1:1s and group sessions. Using a multi-agency approach, you will understand students' needs across campus and ensure they access tailored support to stay on programme and succeed.
You will address issues such as anxiety and self-harm, triage walk-ins, and manage a caseload of students you see regularly.
Candidates should have experience working with young people and possess knowledge or training in safeguarding and supporting students with mental health issues.
