Support Chef - Contract Catering | Central London | Up to £42,500

A leading contract caterer is seeking a Support Chef to join their dynamic London-based team. This is a hands-on, mobile role covering multiple sites across Central London, supporting kitchen teams with high-quality food preparation, menu development, and day-to-day operations.

Ideal for a creative and adaptable chef, this position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of corporate and hospitality sites. The role requires strong culinary skills, confidence in solo site cover, and a personable approach to team interaction and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chef cover across multiple London sites, supporting both planned and ad-hoc needs

• Deliver high-quality food with creativity and consistency, in line with the company's standards

• Write and adapt menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and client preferences

• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices, with a strong working knowledge of HACCP

• Build strong relationships with on-site teams and clients, acting as a reliable and personable representative of the business

• Support in training, on boarding and mentoring junior kitchen team members when required

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or multi-site catering environment

• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

• Ability to write menus and deliver food with flair and attention to detail

• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly flexible and organised, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments

• A genuine passion for food, service and high standards

Package & Benefits:
