Job summary

Crooton ltd in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, is seeking compassionate Female Support Care Workers to join our supported living service. This permanent role offers full-time or part-time hours and a chance to help three gentlemen live independently in the community.

No previous experience is required; we provide full training. You will assist with daily living, personal care, community activities, and health support, with a competitive pay of £13.45 per hour plus sleep-in allowances.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring approach essential for supporting individuals.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Full UK driving licence required to support residents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily living support including cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping.
• Assist with personal care and safe handling as needed.
• Support participation in community activities and trips.
• Promote health and wellbeing and assist with medication as required.
