At Lifeways in Stafford, we are seeking Support Workers to join our team. Previous experience in care or support work is preferred, but if you're new to the role and passionate about helping others lead independent lives, Lifeways offers excellent training and ongoing support for a rewarding career.

Life at this service is suitable for individuals with learning disabilities or autism. We welcome applicants aged between 40 and 70. The individuals we support enjoy music, sports, and community access, so a similar outlook is ideal. We support new residents to live their chosen lives in a warm, friendly environment.

This service is located in a residential area with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, and takeaways. There's a library, post office, and the British Wildlife Rescue Centre offering workshops and volunteering. Eccleshall provides shopping, dining, and a farmer’s market. The Alleyne Sports Centre offers various activities, including a 25m swimming pool, sports hall, and squash courts. Stafford Park is also a popular local destination for walking.
