Drivers license is a requirement for this role due to service user needs.

We support individuals with a range of physical & learning difficulties and other complex needs, helping them with daily tasks while maintaining independence. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant working with sensory impairments.

You must be able to work the required rota, including a 12-hour night shift from 8 pm to 8 am. We operate 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays such as Easter and Christmas. You may also be required to accompany service users on their holidays. The role involves activities such as bike riding, horse riding, swimming, trampolining, and canoeing, so confidence and willingness to participate in these activities are essential.
