Here at Lifeways in Gravesend we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. We support 4 people here who have a diverse range of needs to lead valued and fulfilling lives, our team promote independence and person centred care and support. Our dedicated team provides 24-hour care to young adults who have complex needs which include mental health, autism, and learning difficulties.
