This multi-site leadership role is ideal for a senior manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by the opportunity to drive standards, strengthen compliance, and lead positive change across services.

As Support Care Home Manager, you will work closely with Home Managers and regional teams to ensure high standards are upheld in all areas of care home operations. This includes regulatory compliance, occupancy, financial performance, team development, and overall service quality. You’ll be a key point of support during transitions, audits, or periods of challenge, helping homes remain well-led, stable, and resident-focused.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager or senior operational leader in adult social care
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, audits, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing budgets and improving service performance
  • Ideally nurse qualified (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), though a Level 5 in Health & Social Care with strong leadership experience will also be considered
  • A flexible, organised, and resilient leadership style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams

What’s on Offer:

  • Up to £60,000 salary (based on experience)
  • Company car
  • Bonus scheme tied to performance and outcomes
  • Employee Assistance Programme to support your wellbeing
  • Paid DBS check
  • Competitive annual leave entitlement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide multi-site operational support across care and nursing homes
  • Work alongside Home Managers to ensure full CQC compliance and best practice
  • Support performance improvement plans, audits, and action plans
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving occupancy and financial sustainability
  • Lead or assist with service developments, restructuring, or turnaround situations
  • Mentor and coach Home Managers, especially during onboarding or transitions
  • Promote a strong, person-centred culture and positive staff engagement
