Position Objective:

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We value our team members and believe this is the best place to work, learn, and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately.
  • Receive and process visual materials, store hardware, hangers, and signage properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Promote and model the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Encourage an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication via headset.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100%).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).

Wage range: $10.70 to $13.50, based on qualifications.
