Job description

A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education

You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential

You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

What do you need to be considered for this role?

The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma

A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response

The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations
