This is a vital role in our pastoral structure, helping to provide immediate self regulation and behaviour support while working to address the root causes of disengagement and disruption.The Support Assistant - Level 4, will supervise and support students in our enhanced provisions who may not have not met expectations of the school or classroom environment or are struggling to fully engage with mainstream lessons; promoting positive behaviour, reflection, and reintegration into mainstream lessons. They will maintain a calm, structured and respectful environment that supports learning and accountability.
