ABOUT THE ROLE
We require a dynamic, committed, and enthusiastic person to supervise and support our Sixth Form students in their independent study time. Based in the Sixth Form Library, you will be required to ensure a purposeful and productive environment in our Sixth Form Library.
Your role will be supporting students, especially underachieving students, vulnerable students, and refugee students by supporting their learning,helping them with independent learning and acting as a willing link to Sixth Form Tutors.
You will support and guide students’ independent learning by providing resources, offering study skills advice and identifying gaps in students’ independent learning byhelping students in accessing a range of revision tools and techniques.
You will also assist in the management and maintenance of books, apparatus and equipment, look after book collections and issue books to students and in general look after welfare of students in library.
