As a Support Assistant, you will be expected to:

• Provide1:1 and small-group supportto pupils withPMLD/SEN, assisting with mobility, communication, and personal care where needed.
• Support the teacher inadapting lessons and resourcesto meet individual needs.
• Help pupils engage insensory activities, therapy sessions, and off-site learning(driving required).
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
• Promote asafe, positive, and stimulatinglearning environment.

The idealSupport Assistantwill:

• Hold afull UK driving licence(essential).
• Haveexperience working with SEN/PMLD(preferred).
• Possess theRight to Work in the UK.
• Have anEnhanced Child DBSregistered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
• Demonstratepatience, adaptability, and resiliencewhen supporting pupils with complex needs.
