A leading company in banking seeks a Middle Office professional to support Front and Back Office teams with AML and onboarding activities. This role includes monitoring reports, managing client records, and streamlining processes to enhance client service. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and be adept with Microsoft Office.

Middle Office purpose is to support Front office and Back Office teams with AML including onboarding activities seeing the process through each stage. To ensure work is processed in an efficient and accurate manner, meeting SLA’s and Service Standards, whilst providing a work environment that generates positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees. To ensure goals are achieved in processing all client requests and transactions with minimal errors and within deadlines set.
