Working at the cutting edge of modular nuclear design, the team drives innovation in layout optimisation and operational efficiency.
In this context, we are looking for a Manager – Mechanical Layout & Installations (Support & Outage Block) to report to our Senior Manager – Reactor Island Layout. Leading a team of Layout engineers, this pivotal role will define and deliver building layouts and plant outage strategies that underpin safe, efficient and cost-effective reactor operations.
This is a visible and business-critical role, where you’ll bring structured thinking, collaborative leadership and the ability to translate complex engineering challenges into elegant, practical solutions.
We offer flexible working, with expectations to attend key UK sites as required to support collaboration and delivery.
The selection process will include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition followed by technical and stakeholder interviews.
Due to the nature of our industry, successful applicants will be required to complete BPSS clearance, a DBS check, and financial probity checks.
