Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor frontline staff with empathy and edge.

Coordinate services with a trauma-informed, people-first mindset.

Be the go-to for escalations, support plans, and chocolate biscuits (optional).

Manage performance, supervisions, rotas, and team development.

Champion dignity, inclusion, and purpose—every step of the way.

What you will bring to the role:

– Experience in housing or social care

– Integrity and empathy

– A full UK driving licence (and daily access to a car)

– 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

– Employee Assistance Programme (including legal advice, counselling, and wellbeing support)

– Monthly formal supervision with a senior counsellor

– 1 hour per month dedicated to personal wellbeing during worktime
