IT Support Analyst

Our Edinburgh based client are looking to onboard 2-3 IT Support Analyst's to assist their platform team with a large uptake in tickets in the past 2 years with no sign of this slowing down due to the company growth. This role will be FULLY REMOTE but the preference would be for candidates to be based in Scotland if ever required to go to office for ease. The role works standard 9-5 hours and will be INSIDE IR35.

Top Skills;

• 3+ years working in a 1st line or 2nd line support capacity
• MacBook's have been given to all staff, thus specific Mac / Linux operating system experience would be ideal
• Experience working in a ticket system role, JIRA is used here
• Incident Management / Request Management
• IT Infrastructure experience with Desktop's and supporting internal colleagues (Windows, Active Directory etc)

This is an initial 6 month, fully remote contract operating INSIDE IR35 as mentioned.
