Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of multiple exchange platforms.
• Provide first-line support by answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
• Monitor and improve security reference data related to securities admissions, withdrawals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales for seamless platform operations.
• Create and deploy changes, troubleshoot issues, and compile outage reports for incidents.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in technical support roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Unix/Linux servers. They should be eager to learn FIX Protocol, possess a strong understanding of UK and EU equity markets, and have excellent communication skills. Experience with scripting and version control tools is advantageous.
