Overview

Support Analyst (DevOps). We are looking for a Support Analyst to join the Digital Technology team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for providing expert support for On-Prem, SaaS & Azure-based web and mobile applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and seamless operation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user and technical documentation for supported systems
• Keep the DevOps Lead informed of any operational activities that impact wider business systems
• Keep track of change requests through the Change Advisory Board (CAB) or internal Comms for core IT teams or supported systems
• Ensure all activities comply with Harrods security policies and meet relevant compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, PII)

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning, particularly in .NET & Azure technologies, is essential, as is the ability to keep abreast of emerging technologies to enhance support practices. You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality applications continue to meet business needs and maintain optimal performance.
